Knoxville leaders cut ribbon on new affordable housing community, the Central Terrace apartments

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Knoxville leaders cut the ribbon Tuesday on dozens of new affordable housing units — the Central Terrace apartments. The city said it contributed more than $2 million to community in the Inskip Neighborhood. The money for the project came from the Affordable Rental Development Fund.
