The city said it contributed more than $2 million to community in the Inskip Neighborhood. The money for the project came from the Affordable Rental Development Fund.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A new apartment complex is opening in Knoxville, promising 112 new affordable housing units.
Davie Construction Co. built Central Terrace Apartments, a project of Southeast Capital, a Knoxville-based developer specializing in affordable housing. The City of Knoxville provided $2,065,000 from its Affordable Rental Development Fund to help develop the property.
