City Builds on $38M in Affordable Housing Investments

Last week, officials broke ground for Liberty Place, a $15-million affordable apartment community that will house 32 formerly homeless military veterans. 

On Sept. 7, 2023, Inskip Flats, a $17 million complex with 66 affordable units, will officially open.

These are just the two latest public-private collaborative investments that are adding, in a big way, new affordable housing in Knoxville
